Trump’s scandals, if proved, are impeachable offenses (high crimes and misdemeanors)

Trump might already be impeachable on Day 1 if he is elected POTUS.

(And people say Hillary is the corrupt one. Trump’s corruption summary updated for articles [13]-[16] >>> Share if you agree.)

Trump owes it to the public to release his tax returns to prove he hasn’t committed tax fraud ### and reassure the public of the nature of his Russian connections [1] [10] or face a special prosecutor (a favorite innuendo of his on Hillary).

Tax Fraud is high crimes and misdemeanor # that triggers Impeachment. [7] So are convictions on the 3 Trump U lawsuits. [9] And so are foreign bribery charges [1] [13] or treason (are we sure Trump will put US interests first? [13] And prob’y is a conviction of raping a 13-yo girl (a court case). Why even elect someone if he is impeachable?

The DJT foundation [6] (Trump’s slush fund e.g. pay legal bills — tax fraud ##) is bad enough, but there’s more (are there more tax fraud on his personal tax returns?)

The Bondi-Trump quid-pro-quo [12] [6] (and a Jeb Bush attempted quid pro quo, which could perjury [11]) is only the tip of the iceberg that can only be ascertained when Trump’s tax returns (the 500 S corporations of the Trump Organization filed under Trump’s individual tax returns) are disclosed as have all POTUS candidates in the last 40-50 years. What is hiding? [14] [5]

Primary voters will be surprised about Trump’s claims:
– he was self-funding (a myth [2] [16], he asked and was rebuffed by the Koch brothers and Adelson (he only gave $5M);
– his business reputation (average [3]),
– he has a reputation that no one can buy him (not true, banks are unwilling to lend to him which is why [1] he seeks funds from foreign partners).

His tax returns will show:
– foreign partners that represent conflicts of interests that could be disqualifying. [4],
– his income is low (he can’t self-fund), [5]
– his net worth is overblown; [5]
– his tax rate is low; [5]
– he has ties to the mob; [5]
– he is not as generous as he claims; [5]
– his 15% pass through tax (his 13k page tax return, with 500 S corps, is filed as an individual tax return);
– that he lies *all* the time as proved by a deposition by Mary Jo White (now SEC chair) when he sued a NYT reporter (he sues people b/c legal fees are expensive to anyone opposing him; White’s fees were paid by insurance”. [15]

# “It reveals a great deal about the sort of standard that they would set for the President of the United States. The claim that tax fraud, a felony, does not rise to the level of a high crime or misdemeanor was, as you have heard, unequivocally rejected by the Senate in 1986 in the case of Judge Harry Claiborne, who was removed from office for filing false income-tax returns.” [7]

## Re [8]: Once money is given to a charity, a businessman (as Trump who is very familiar with tax law (500 S corps in his tax return) knows different rules apply. The money given is tax deductible to the giver and disbursements prevent self-dealing.

If money deducted by another party is used by Trump to buy a helmet, painting, bribe Bondi, pay personal settlement fees, with the giver intending for Trump to use as he pleases, both the giver and Trump have committed tax fraud.

A man who flaunts the law as Trump does on very petty items (if he is as rich as he says he is) is unfit for public office, nevermind for POTUS.

### Based on public records, Trump availed of NYC Star abatements (available only to those whose income is < $500k) and 9/11 for small businesses (he says that was for helping displaced people, which isn’t true). [14] The City of Rochester is suing him for undervaluing his golf course to minimizing his taxes. What other tax frauds are hiding in his 13k page tax returns.
